If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package

REFUND POLICY
If your satisfaction with the purchase falls short of 100%, we are pleased to offer a complete refund for returned goods.
Ensure that the goods are sent back to the warehouse address indicated on the original packaging.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return by our warehouse staff, we will initiate the refund process and automatically credit your credit card (contingent upon the condition of the garments upon arrival).
Please be aware that certain credit cards may require an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to reflect on your account.
Customers are responsible for covering shipping charges, except in cases of defects or website errors.
