REFUND POLICY

If your satisfaction with the purchase falls short of 100%, we are pleased to offer a complete refund for returned goods.

The return of purchased items is acceptable within a 30-day period from the order date, provided that the goods are in their original condition. Before dispatching any garment returns, please contact your sales representative to obtain a pre-assigned RA number.

Ensure that the goods are sent back to the warehouse address indicated on the original packaging.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return by our warehouse staff, we will initiate the refund process and automatically credit your credit card (contingent upon the condition of the garments upon arrival).

 

Please be aware that certain credit cards may require an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to reflect on your account.

Customers are responsible for covering shipping charges, except in cases of defects or website errors.
